Remember, w/a 20" front wheel, you're likely going to be @ 27.75" minimum w/any decent sidewall (that's a 245-40-20 min). So a 4/6 static drop will work just fine. I do feel the 12" stock rotor looks small vs. the window of a 20" wheel so stepping up is a good idea mechanically & asthetically. The rear drums are already about 13" OD so they don't look 'lost' & can be left as is to help the budget. If there's room in the budget for matching 13" rears, do it.
As mentioned, our board supporting vendors do deserve our business if/when possible.
