No it depends if you have the early 327 or late one . I'm sure it can be done but if you have the early block it will take a special crank shaft and more machine work. I built mine from a 350 and the cost was almost as much as buying one from jegs. You also need to have a machinist that has a good balancing machine as the stroked crank is harder to balance.
