I don't think you will find a bolt in Notch that small. The standard is the 3" style and larger than that will be a weld in that as XXL said you can cut down to what ever size you want. This is because most people start off with a small bolt in notch thinking that will be enough

As we all know that normally leeds to a larger notch that puts you on the ground or in XXL's case 1" under ground!

You might be able to have a shop build you a larger bolt in notch but it would be 2-3x the amount to have a weld in notch set up for you.
