Power adders are great... If the engine is built for it. Compression needs to be around 8 1/2 to 1 if you're planning much boost. And it'll take quite a bit to put you to 700 hp. Definately would use a blower specific camshaft and need to have very good flowing heads. As well as forged internals for it to last. You will also need a blow through carb and box to enclose your carb unless you're going injected.
