Jeremy is correct. Check the bed bolts. There's a number of things back there that could vibrate if loose.
One question a friend and I have debated, are there supposed to be pads between the bed and the frame? I say no, they weren't there when I first pulled my bed off, and I've done fine without them. Anyone know for sure?
