Everything fits pretty tight with no powdercoating. I think you may end up with a clearance issue with the caliper bracket to the rotor if you coat the spacer and where it seats against the outer bracket.

The second pic isn't close enough but it shows what I'm talking about. That bracket is fairly close to the rotor. I'm considering adding a washer between the caliper mount and the bracket to make a little more space there and center up the caliper on the rotor.

To make a short story long, I think powdercoating the brackets may be an issue.
