Greg, I am dumping my exhaust out angled down, out the side, right in front of the rear tires...so a heat shield won't be req'd.
Look in like Truckin mag or a street rod mag, there is a company that sells double line mounts in SS and polished SS...although they are not lined in rubber, they look cool as hell...might even use them myself.
If I find the company I will post it here for you.
Have you decided on a filer door and location yet?
