Here are the dimensions for my short fleet 68.
Inside - 76.25" long X 65" wide
Outside - 79.50" long X 71" wide
The 65" measurement was taken at the rear inside of the stake pockets which is narrower than the front measurement.
The outside measurement if from the outside of the front of the bed to the outside of the tailgate.
