What kinda AR plate you looking for? Car or truck or does it matter? Arkansas had specific truck plates for half-ton trucks, up to '67, I think. In '68, they started issuing "permanent" plates that covered vehicles up to one-ton unless used for commercial purposes.

As for caps, I have a couple of the automotive caps that you have that look like the ones I have that came off of a '70-1/2 Camaro SS, on a pair of 7-inch wide steelies.
