Funny you ask....It looks like a home made job...My buddy who works at the local speed shop had that thing sitting on his shelf for years...Turns out it was some kind of prototype/sample thing they never sold. It actually sounds pretty darn good...and it was FREE at the time.

I almost wanted to open it up and see how it was done, mabey make smaller ones.
