I ended up using the "tool " to start the rivet, Next I used a 5/8 center punch to flare it out, then a flat drift punch to flatten it out. A 5' vise with a 1/2 flat bar in the jaws was the "third set of hands" A 200 lb anvil was used when ever possible. I found lots of Dawn dish soap helped slide the rubber in to place. I am still not happy with the way the hinge pivot turned out. It works but looks tacky.Brothers Trucks furnished the kit. Good quality stuff.
