oldgold70c10, actually the PO hacked the dash so I installed a new unit (aftermarket). I was a little thrown off by the fuses and their labels. I will have to check the fuse labeled "heat." IIRC the color on the fuse was red, and the others on the block had a blue color on them (coloring within the fuse less than a 1/4").
