You need to be a bit more specific in what you are trying to accomplish. From what I am reading you don't want to lower your truck, but you want air bags. You also want to replace the trailing arms.
Are you lookinhg for a better ride, improved handeling, or more load capacity? Do you plan to pull a trailer?
This would help us know what advice to offer.
