Re: dana 44 and a 205 transfer case
since gas prices jumped the "old" 4x4 stuff has dipped in value, I see 205's going for a couple hundred everytime I look, The D44 is is not really sought after anymore, most wheelers have a couple taking up space from there D66 swaps. I would say a hundred on one is a fair price?
I just bought a complete Suburban frame, 350 SBC/turbo 350, 305 TC, D44/12 bolt, 4 almost new 31/10.5 tires, and a body with title to scrap,with a ton of parts for 500.oo.
I sold a 69 3/4 ton running gear 4.11's ,305 Tc, 4 speed, and stripped junk cab for 600.oo last summer?
