Hello to all of you who share my common interest, rebuildng a GMC or Chevy truck. I am new to the forum and I am looking forward to chatting and picking anyones brain for info and to learn some things about how to do my rebuild. It is a 1973 GMC 3/4 ton 4x4 pick up that my uncle had given to me about 10 or so years ago. I used it as a daily driver then mostly for the dump and hunting, the body got really rough but it still ran good. I had it up for sale for a while then one day I got this wild idea to tear it down and rebuild it!! I took the truck down in a matter of a week or so, putting labels on everything and taking pictures of each step something I had to do for a first timer. So, I am looking for knowledge, advice, and a little encouragement from anyone who will offer. Thanks!!:
