They are pretty easy to install if you don't drop the little balls from your valve body.
I have put in quite a few B&Ms.
Follow the directions to the letter and like I said; Don't lose any little balls and you will be rewarded with a longer lasting tranny due to less slippage and less band wear.
There are three levels you can go with on a shift kit but I would not go with the third level because it puts too much strain on the stock stuff inside your 350.
Go with level two and you will be safe.
