The blue wheels were being reproduced a few years ago. I bought one for my '70. It wasn't from Brothers or LMC, and I can't remember exactly who it was. I think blue was almost as common an interior color as black so they should still be available. If you post a question in the general forum as to who may be selling these I am sure you will get the answer. Good Luck!
