you really need to go to your local auto zone, checker, or oreillys, or anywhere that rents tools at no charge. You want to get a pickle fork to go inbetween the bottom of the joint your separating and the arm. hammer it in and sometimes screw the nut back on the end and whack it gently and the fork pressure will allow it to pop off.
