The only thing these need are a good cleaning, and some detail work on the door handle cups. The cheesy chrome trim has peeled off one, and is peeling off the other. I would simply detail (clean and paint black) the cups themselves and call it a day. The rest of the trim, and the panels themselves, are in excellent condition.
