Sent the final payment in on the truck yesterday
I didn't pay a lot for it, but at the time I bought it, fuel was crazy high, my Z71 was sucking my account dry (almost $100 some weeks for gas!), and my wife and I were looking for a house. I could have paid cash, but didn't want to touch the home down payment money, so I financed it. SHOULD have been paid for by december (usually get a small, decent Christmas bonus every year) but instead I got ****canned the day before Thanksgiving.
It took a good bit longer than I wanted and I had to pay a few hundred extra bucks for it, but my wife and I are back to NO car payments
