Chevy S10's were 5x4.75.

I think CPP makes a disc brake swap to this bolt pattern for the front,... but I don't know about the rear axles.
Still think it would be cheaper in the long run, to sell your wheels and buy a wheel for the truck bolt pattern.
It all depends on how much cash you want to spend.
