pulls at highway speed? Like others have suggested, you need to have someone make sure the front suspension is as it should be. I would also tell you that if while driving your Blazer on a fairly flat road at most any speed and you let go of the steering wheel, and the Blazer drifts right or left on it own you may have a radial tire pull. Swap the front tires from side to side, and see if the pull changes direction, or goes away. If it does you have a tire problem as well as a loose part in the front end.
