I dont know if youre talkng about using aftermarket pieces or if youre using GM Originals, but Im doing a 1976 C 10 with my son which will become his first car when he gets his license later this year. I have looked at almost every catalogue out there and for now im going with aftermarket parts. Out of most of the major catalogues (year one, chevy duty, LMC,cheyenne truckparts etc ) and the local parts supplier (NY Parts department) and even another place thats sorta local (Keystone Automotive) if youre looking to purchase online or through the mail chevy duty seems to be the cheapest. As for places where you can go pick up the parts personally Keystone seems to be the cheapest, and the parts are of excellent quality. As a matter of fact one of the guys on here who is a buddy of mine swears by the keystone parts for his customers trucks and his own. I know if i cant find the inner wheel wells used on here cheap ill be running up to Keystone for them myself they have a web site if ya wanna check out if its close to you.
hope this helps
Bob
