Some brands of DIY tint (like LIMOTINT) will come off fairly easy with some rubbing alcohol... work it in around the edges until you have enough loose stuff to get a grip on it. Also some brands will come right off with HOT soapy water.

I've had to remove a few mistakes and some tint that wasn't my doing. you might want to replace the razor with a plastic putty knife (they're almost as cheap but are less likely to gouge the glass), some of the time you may need it to work at an edge.

3M also sells an adhesive/wax/tar remover that should work but it's much more expensive, stinky, and a general pain in the arse to use before trying the soapy water...
