If it was mine, I would check:
Ball joints
tie rod ends
drag link ends
wheel bearings
steering box
steering box bolts
frame where the box mounts(cracks)
rag joint
Also, those 15.5" wide tires are a bear if the road has a groove worn in.
A steering stabilizer would help that.
