First, you jack up the truck high enough to allow the lower arms to drop, and support on stands. Level ground and wheels blocked.

Disconnect shocks and sway-bar (if equipped)....

Remove up upper ball cotter pin, and loose nut about half way, but do not remove. Hit spindle along side nut, untill itg "pops" loose.

Place jack and lower a-arm and raise to releive tension, and remove nut.

Lower jack slowly and remove spring.

Install, is basically the reverse, you just don't need to bang anything (usuallly)

I would have a a second person help you mabey with the jack.
