Well, I am new to the whole 4x4 thing too and am just getting my feet wet. Don't quote me on this but from what I have gathered, the same lift that you use for the blazer is also used for the trucks. Also, I have heard that if you are just running a 4" lift, you don't need to lengthen the driveshafts, but it's good to have longer brake lines.
You might get some more help if you post this in the 4x4 Discussion section. I hope someone else can either confirm or deny my statements.
