I think they will be fine.
I know alot of people run a 20x8.5 (5.25" BS) with a Dropmember.

You might have to run a spacer on the rear.
Which rearend do you have? 67-70 (1.5" narrower overall) or the wider 71-72?

My '71 2wd blazer has the wider 71-72 style 5 lug rearend,... and I'm running a 20x9.5 wheel (with a 5.5" BS)
