Re: Do I need to remove the gas tank?

Hey MRKC,

I replaced my hose with the tank in place as the others have said. It is a pain but I was able to fish my hand around in there and finally get the clamps loose.

I got the replacement hose from LMC.

I used modern radiator hose clamps when I put it back on and arranged the clamping screws in a favorable position to make it easier to remove.

No more gas fumes. But I am taking the in cab tank out for good this weekend.

Good luck,

TR
