I finally got mine. Someone must have been messing around in there since the clamp wasn't the original type. I put another one for the top and was able to get it positioned so I could get a stubby nut driver on it. I'm thinking the gas fumes are solved now, man it was bad before. Smelled like raw fuel was pouring out into the cab but none really was, just fumes.
