Only reason I ask is because the three year old HEI in my Camaro must've condensated to the point of building up corrosion between the centrifugal arms the the weights are attached to. So much that the mechanism froze.
The new HEIs come without any lube.
Thought you guys might know if the lube would be too much of a dirt magnet. This pertains to both my Camaro and FRANKENTRUCKs' HEIs, so I'd sure like to find out.
