I used POR-15 on my current truck and wouldn't use it again. It was prepped as suggested back when, but it hasn't held up that well showing quite a few rust pits here and there. My previous ride was a 46 Ford sedan. I coated the chassis with the rust converter that Eastwood now sells, followed by hardened acrylic enamel and it looked like new after 8 years and 300,000 miles. If I were doing my truck over today I would probably do the chassis with Zero Rust (assuming it's for a driver vehicle).

It dosent hold up well to scratches even when prepped as recomended.
Dont be a cheapo get it powder coated.
