Here ya go................

Monroe sensatrac #5752, paid 22.99 each at Advance Auto Parts. I re-used the upper mount by cutting off the flat washer then drilling a small hole to accept a pin to keep the shock on the stud. I can get pictures of the upper mount this weekend.

For my ride height and driving conditions, the 5752's work great.
