I AGREE WITH vtblazer 100%. You got to know what is all done to the motor you have to determine the size carb you require. And yes, if you are strickly pavement pounding, a Holley is Gas On! However, if you at all think you want to get it off road, hope you have a good starter because you will be re starting alot with the Holley. A Q-Jet is a great all around carb. The best thing to do with a Q-Jet is run the float setting low and have a electric fuel pump pushing to it. With the floats low it doesn't hold alot so you need to make sure you keep it supplied.
