The first responce from FedEx and UPS will be improper packaging. You just have to call FedEx or UPS and ask to speak to someone in claims. Once you do that, and explain to them how it was packed plus what it would take to dammage the contents, they will usualy pay the claim. The person to file the claim is supposed to be the shipper though, not the consignee. At least this is what I have been told by FedEx. WES
