Jim Carter`s a great guy who truly loves the early GMs.I first dealt with him many years ago,before internet.He is quite an authority on the trucks.
I never heard of Bill Athey,j/k

.Bill sure knows his stuff,too.Another straight up guy you can`t go wrong with.Of all the board vendors I`ve dealt with none have been anything but a pleasure to deal with.
