Time to either find a boardmember who can go do a detailed inspection for you, or hit the highway and inspect yourself. Looks awful nice to me, the pics don't scare me but do show the need for a good inspection. Torsion boxes being removed can be remedied and as mentioned, that can help with the price issue as they are very important to have. Good luck.
