I have contemplated a front roll pan also but haven't been able to find anyone that manufacturers front roll pans for the 60-66 Trucks.

Here is a couple of pictures of a truck with a homemade front roll pan. I have mixed feelings about the look.. on this one, without the front bumper, the grille looks like it's ready to fall off.
