Already cleaned and painted. Has just a few scratches from me pulling it around the yard. Was a long bed frame and ebfabman cut it down and did an awesome job converting it. Everything measures out perfect. This would put somebody way ahead of the game if you're doing a frame up. I will pull any measurement you ask. It comes with 15" wagon wheels with almost brand new tires. You will not be disappointed with this. $250.00 or trade for some bed wood for my swb fleet. Pics coming tomorrow.....
