The fuse block is on the floor board, driverside above your left foot.

Sounds to me like you have a few dead bulbs. The bulbs are held in by black plastic caps/holders on the back of the cluster. Just turn them a quarter turn and they will come out and then you can pull the bulb out. If I remember right the lights for the gas gage and speedo are the worst to get to.
