X2 your bolt pattern is 5 on 5, However you wont get any measurements of 5" across any of the lug nuts because none of them are directly across from each other heres a pdf showing a ball park measurement across two studs.
Here would be a pdf if I could attach, plan B you should have ~4 3/4" across any two studs not next to each other.
