3 3/4 backspacing is fine and pretty generic fitment to GM half ton trucks. Most places keep those wheels in stock since they fit non lowered GM trucks from 71-98 model.

It's going to cause the wheel to sit a bit outward and flush with the fender lip. You current wheels look like they likely have about that measurement.

I'd go for 4 to 4.5 inch BS myself to allow lowering in the future without rubbing the fender lip.
