Truck crapped out on me today. 2000 Sierra 2500 4X4 with 6.0- 103,000 miles. Broke a valvespring. Sounded a lot worse than that, so I'm hoping it didn't bend the valve. Is this common, or has anyone else had this happen? Tips on easiest way to fix would be great- I don't want to take the head off if I don't have to.
