i like to sray them with pb blaster or gibbs oil loads of stuff you cant safely put a torch on sso i'll just try to loosen with a breaker bar turn counter clockwise a turn or two then clockwise a bit to clear threads slow but sure// on some bolts the easy way is just to use a real big breajker bar and turn clockwise to ssnap them off
