Damn ,,that is sure been mistreated some how. hope you can straighten it out.
quite a few years ago I worked with others delivering parcel pkg for the post office . I was with a guy in one of those big vans like UPS has and he drove and I did the foot work house to house with the pkg's .
They do not eve begin to read fragile and the driver said the it is a waste of time for anyone to mark it as such.
