I believe that 2nd PS setup is for a intergral head. Note the space between the two belts on the water pump pulley. That would need an additional grove in front of the two narrow spaced grooves on the harmonic damper.

Can you get the harmonic balancer from the same motor as the PS pump and water pump pulleys?

Maybe you can get a additional grove pulley that would bolt on to the end of your harmonic balancer if you have two groove pulley with the two grooves next to each other.
