It's a typical late-70's GM product. You can turn the wheel lock to lock with one finger. What it needs is a quick-ratio power steering box, a power steering pump that leaves some road-feel in the steering wheel, and a front sway bar to make the most of it.

It's certainly driveable as-is, but the over-boosted steering does bother me.
