There's a 4X4 scout or similar that's been in a self sell lot over here for 6 months. The whold body top to bottom has been sprayed. It does look good and it's a utility vehicle strictly for off road or hunting. But it hasn't sold.

If you're worried about the paint and you are using it as a "truck," then get you a gallon of Rustoleum or similar and paint it yourself. I did the bed bottom of my truck with it and it's hard as nails. If I scratch it, I fix it with a brush.
I personally wouldn't do it, like 68GMSEE said you would be stuck with it after you did it. I just saw that scout Monday, it actually doesn't look bad from 50 yards, not a bad price if it wasn't completely rhino lined.
