If you don't have AC you can put it on the spade that is on the bottom left side of the fuse panel. This spade is fused and hot when the key is on. As for adjusting take the breather off make sure the engine is cold and turn the choke until the butterfly just barely closes. Turn the key on and the butterfly should open after a few seconds
