You are correct that the truck intake has more torque because it is taller. Hence, taller runners for more air intake. I bought both of my LS harnesses and ECU's from John at Speartech. He is a very knowledgeable person and knows his stuff. I advise anyone doing an LS swap and needs an ECM or a harness to give Speartech a call. Lastly, the LQ9 is capable of more HP & torque than that if you do a mild cam upgrade.
